Drinking Green Tea - Weight loss? - drinking green tea and weight loss

If I drink 6-8 cups (hot) Green tea full of antioxidants. It would decrease for a whole week? I replace two meals per day with green tea. and I'm always in the evening on a good nutritious food for every day. 2 / 3 meals tea. I work out, but that's not the problem easily.

Does this work? How many pounds I lose. Im 18, Male, 290 lbs

I think he should be the food you should eat for lunch, because given before lunch and after lunch, plenty of exercise and to eat dinner proberbly the worst thing you can do as few rest after eating,
They say you should eat a healthy diet for breakfast, then eat breakfast, then DONT or eat small amounts at a small dinner.

Eat protein and very nutritious carbohydrates and NO LEAN your food a little cheese flavor (Roll 2 slices MEAL 95% lean meat with 1 slice cheese) and 2-3 ROLL AT A TIME. Thus, forcing the body to burn fat, you should not have the muscle. Drink the tea you want, it's good for you, but do not burn calories as much some apatite YOUR SUPPRES

Drinking tea, it dosent burn fat, which is essentially the same as if only skipe meals.
