I think Quickbooks is not the best choice for your business. I think that is the best option to give someone your accounts, or take a class at a community college (or education for adults to find) and use an Excel spreadsheet (provided) they are familiar with Excel. Excel formulas to calculate everything for you. I want to use a general ledger and references to all the calculations automatically, without entering data twice.
